There are a lot of things the extreme “woke” people advocate for that I find objectionable if not downright ridiculous and I’m sure you’re in the same boat — but ultimately they won’t make their sillier ideas come to fruition without people like us behind them, just like we’re not going to pass a “free college for all” law any time soon, pass a federal law that makes abortion a crime, or abolish the income tax.

It’s not necessarily a bad thing to have diversity of opinion or people advocating to push the envelope. If I disagree with them, then they won’t have my support and I may even work against them. But what I won’t do is scour the internet every day like some kind of sad loser looking for some story about what a town in the Pacific NW named a park to lose my shit over.
